Any hand-drawn or digitally-drawn character art works. For best results, include a front view and a side (profile) view on the same sheet. The more clearly your proportions and details are drawn, the better we can capture your vision in 3D. Pencil sketches, inked drawings, and colored pieces all translate well.
Production time depends on your tier: Draft and Hero tiers typically ship within 10–14 business days from approval. Masterwork commissions ship within 7–10 business days due to priority queue placement. Rush orders may be available — contact us at [email protected].
Default scale is 32mm (foot-to-eye), which is standard for most modern tabletop games. We also offer 28mm heroic scale and 54mm display scale. Please indicate your preference in the order form or notes field.
Miniatures are delivered unpainted — cleaned, cured, and ready for primer and paint. We do not currently offer painting services. If you'd like your miniature display-ready out of the box, we recommend pairing your order with a commission from your favorite miniature painter.
Your tier includes a set number of revision rounds (1–3 depending on tier). After you approve the 3D preview, we send it to print. Revisions after approval may incur additional fees. We're committed to getting your character right — most clients are happy after the first pass.
All miniatures are printed in high-resolution photopolymer resin on professional-grade printers. Resin captures fine detail far better than FDM (filament) printing and is the industry standard for tabletop miniatures. Layer lines are virtually invisible at tabletop scale.
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Because each miniature is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on completed orders. If your miniature arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days with photos and we will reprint and reship at no additional cost.
